2. Data that may be processed

The website has no forms and, in its current configuration, uses neither analytics tools nor marketing cookies. Information-request buttons open the visitor’s email application; a message is only sent if the visitor chooses to send it.

When you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to share, including your name, telephone number and professional or area of interest. We recommend that you do not send reports, test results or sensitive clinical information in this first contact.

3. Purposes and legal basis

While the clinic is in its pre-opening phase, data may be processed to respond to enquiries and, when requested, notify you about future appointment availability. After opening, data may also be processed to arrange appointments, prepare or provide healthcare, and comply with applicable legal and professional obligations.

Depending on the context, processing may be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, the provision of healthcare, compliance with legal obligations, the clinic’s legitimate interests or consent where required.

4. Retention and access

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal and professional retention periods.

Access is restricted to authorised professionals and, where necessary, service providers subject to confidentiality duties. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
